Time is now involved in timing out

Slightly WIP, as the timeout is slightly hacky, otherwise implementation
done and test requires some polish & animation

Itai Rodeh Algorithm is tested with animations that show the election
process

Using election round || id_p with lexicographic ordering was wrong (5 >
13), idea was from the paper, regular integer comparison is used now
