Abstract: Although the original bitcoin idea depends on a permissionless structure, today many organizations need permissioned blockchains in which only allowed nodes can join the blockchain. For this reason, it is important to compare different types of blockchains and understand advantages & disadvantages of them to implement a suitable one in different use cases such as finance or medical.
